I bought a L and it fits well. I'm 5'7" and it is long enough on me. I like the look but not so sure about the wrist portion of the sleeves. Maybe it will soften up once washed. The lace is not stretchy. The lining inside the shirt has a good amount of stretch. It is not sheer except for the lace sleeves which is expected. It seems to be good quality. I like it but don't love it. Good for the price!I debated between the L and XL and went with the latter...wrong. However, I love the top enough to reorder in a large. It's beautiful fabric and very comfortable. Add to that the fact that Amazon make it so easy to return anything, this was a no-brainer.I am wearing this for my anniversary dinner. I am 5.1ft and 135 lbs. I ordered a medium . It fits perfectly. It is super soft in the sleeves and has two layers so it us not see thru. It is really beautiful.Fits well, looks nice, but you must hand wash in cold water and hang to dry. Dries quickly and looks like new when dry. However I checked the color fastness on the burgundy and it ran. I looked up online what to do about this. I do not remember the details but you put it in cold water with salt and white vinegar and it was fine.Very pretty white blouse, but need a tank top under it.
