The dress was beautiful! Perfect length (daughter is 5’6”) and size was perfect. I sized up because I wasn’t sure how it would fit her chest and I’m really glad I did. It’s definitely not made for those with a larger chest but we made it work. The back is tied like a corset so that was helpful in making the dress fit. This dress was a last minute, Hail Mary order. The delivery date for her original dress that was ordered kept getting pushed back and we were starting to freak out. My daughter found this dress and we ordered it immediately.Honestly really well made, high quality. Might need alterations to fit your specific body type. For me I added more corset loops to make it tighter in the chest. I wanted it extra long for the look I was going for, but if I wanted to walk in it I would have had to shorten it. All normal alterations one would do to a formal dress. Beautiful and so happy with it.I am 239 in weight and 5”4” this dress is so beautiful and looks so nice on me. Fast shipping too came before the ball I’m going to.Was worried the shoulders wouldn’t stay up but they did surprisingly.I wish I saw this in 2018 I would of wore this as my prom dress.Def a must buy!!!!Basically great dress for the price. But give yourself time in case it needs to be altered.This is the best fitting dress I have put on in years I absolutely love it! The only downside of this dress is that it is way too long so I bought this dress for an outdoor fall sort of themed wedding so I just literally cut the bottom off with scissors but I would definitely suggest having it hemmed unless you are extremely tall.I was shocked just how lovely this dress is! A LOT of fabric/very heavy dress! Honestly compared to the rest of the listing images it was way better in person. Didn’t have the weird scrunchy wrists like in some of the pictures. Got this for a bridesmaids dress but will look for another occasion to wear it, I love it so much. The corset is everything ❤️Negative is the pleating on the back, it’s loose as you can see in picture, so I will have to sew that. I will also replace the buttons on the sleeve because they are fake bead pearls.But overall it looks amazing and is very flattering.My daughter loved this dress from the moment she laid eyes on it. It was made extremely well. There was a full length lining inside the dress and it was finished in every way. It was larger than we expected based upon sizing that was listed. It was altered at quite a bit at the waist, shoulders were brought up and we had a flesh tone piece added in the bust area.The dress took a long time to arrive but the manufacturer stated it was a communication problem. Said we never confirmed we wanted to order it. I received nothing telling me I needed to confirm it’s order. Plus, I paid for it, so not sure what the hold up was. Took about 3-4 extra weeks to receive it. In the end, my daughter loved it. We were happy with the quality.Gorgeous colour and great detail.
